Well, I really have to give the greatest feedback for : Lokesh and Deepak (Room cleaning service). They are the best Jagdish, Chef Amit Kaintura, Summit, Anshu, Santosh and all the staff from the restaurant. They are exceptional !!! ***** Surender from luggage reception. Krishna from elevator service…. I hope I’ll see them again This was my second time in this hotel. Several nights. I was really sick with pneumonia and Ann and Ankita (2 duty managers) behaved really distantly. I had to go to the hospital and when traveling alone, you really seek warmth, empathy and smiles. These 2 ladies didn’t manage the situation at all as one can expect from a 5* hotel. Hospitality requires so much delicacy, intelligence, love for the art of it, know-how, humanity and subtlety. Their cold attitude changed my whole perception of this beautiful hotel, as well as other reception members. I was terribly sick. Not everybody is able to do such a job… But this kind of hotels should choose much more carefully the impression they give at the reception and loyalty management

Great experience, i am here for 11 days and mr. Yogesh treated us in a very warm and welcoming way . Thanks to him . Apart from that my friend is also living here who got a bit ill due to weather changes but the staff took really good care of him and sent him chocolates and good amount of water to keep him hydrated.
